Caring for Aging Parents

Join Aspen of Brookhaven in educating adult children of aging parents on how to navigate through the aging process and senior services. As parents age, adult children or loved ones are called upon to support them and make decisions with them or on their behalf. This pressure often leaves caregivers stressed and overwhelmed. We hope to minimize this stress, improve care and support, and reduce family conflict with proactive learning. The March series will involve personal testimonies of family members who were chosen to help make important decisions for their loved ones and what necessary resources can be used in making the decision process easier.
