Join Pike School of Art for a Workshop for Artist Minigrants

Pike School of Art - Mississippi invites artists and musicians to learn all that you need to know to apply for the MAC Artist Minigrant. This event is FREE, but please RSVP the the event on Facebook.

MAC’s Artist Minigrant program supports established and emerging professional artists based in Mississippi by providing funds to assist with professional training, promotional efforts, or purchase of supplies.

Applicants may apply for up to $500. Artist Minigrants are reimbursement grants, meaning grantees with approved applications must then complete their project and submit a final report and required documentation to MAC (such as receipts or paid invoices) before the payment are sent. The program does not require a cash match from the artist.

Artists may receive only one Minigrant per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). Individuals who have been awarded an Artist Fellowship are not eligible to receive an Artist Minigrant in the same fiscal year. If grant funds are limited, MAC gives priority to eligible applicants who have not previously received a Minigrant.
