Join the Pike Amite Walthall Library System and the Miss Mattie Foundation for a reception and book signing of "Scooter Mouse and the Teddy Bears" by Alice Rhea Mitchell. Books will be available for purchase and the author, illustrator, and Miss Mattie Rials will be on hand for autographs. Refreshments will also be served.
