Event Description:
Another evening of great food is in the works for Shuffle to the Chefs 2017! We will feature wonderful chefs who have been with us in the past, as well as new chefs who can’t wait to show off their skills for the first time! It is our goal to keep this event fun, and we look forward to unveiling new twists this year!
Thanks to our generous sponsors, more than 95% of each ticket sold goes directly back to St. Andrew’s Mission.
St. Andrew’s Mission does so much in this community! We are excited that our S.A.M. Business Mill (small business incubator) opened this month. Our hope is that many new businesses will get their start at our Business Mill. S.A.M.’s Diner and the Food Pantry serve 1,200 meals monthly to elderly, handicapped and shut-in people in Southwest Mississippi. St. Andrew’s has nine other ministries, a few of which are our St. Andrew’s Activity Center, a Free Medical Clinic to serve people with no insurance, and a homeless shelter for men. It is the goal of our Executive Director, Ed Codding, and Board to sustain our ministries through our Thrift Stores. Our organization does not receive federal funding, therefore the funds we raise through our annual event, Shuffle to the Chefs, is crucial to us!
